Activation Avenue is a collective mission that is helping people harness their natural power to heal themselves, and thrive.
It is an offering that equips individuals with a better understanding of the energy system that is keeping them alive each day. There are tools and practices we can tap into that can regulate, activate and synchronise our bodies with our energetic pathways. In any Activation Avenue event, you can expect to embark on an exploration through yourself, and receive deeper messages of wisdom from the intelligent energy within you.
A WORD FROM OUR FOUNDER & HEAD FACILITATOR, JESS
I launched Activation Avenue with big dreams to bring a curated personal growth journey to people’s everyday lives. I’m someone who has always had a strong interest in personal development, spiritual practices, health, and wellbeing, and I noticed a strong polarity between the people living a spirituality connected lifestyle, and the people living a busy modern day society/city lifestyle. As someone who is fully immersed in both, I wanted to take the extremism out of having to identify as one or the other. There are benefits and shortfalls in both. In my opinion, you don’t need to radically change who you are in order to feel more connected to your something deeper.
I decided to offer two of the modalities that resonated strongly with me over time, and fuse them together to create a potent and powerful tool for growth, healing and self-awareness. Through Breathwork and Energetic Activation Transmissions, I have witnessed both in other people, and personally, powerful transformations for the better.
My goal is to self-empower people to approach their lives in a more hybrid way. You can gain so much more fulfilment in all aspects of your life including your relationships, aspirations, and career, by taking the time to dance with your energy.
LOCATION
Activation Avenue currently runs classes within the incredible music room facility at City of Sydney Studios, Town Hall.
The room provides a private, soundproof, open space for the session to take place in seamlessly. It is fitted with an impressive sound system that AA utilises to enhance your Breathwork and Energetic Activation experience through sound.
